Refund & Exchange Policy

At Careless Condition, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. Due to state regulations and health & safety standards, all sales of cannabis products are final.

Exchanges

We will gladly offer an exchange under the following conditions:

 – The product is defective or damaged.

 – The product is returned in its original packaging.

 – The exchange request is made within 30 days of purchase. 

Non-Exchangeable Items

 – Cannabis products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.

 – Any product returned after 30 days from the date of purchase. 

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email rachel@carelesscondition.com with your receipt, photos of the damaged product, and a brief explanation. Our team will inspect the item to confirm eligibility.
