Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS 2-Day Shipping.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to North Carolina and South Carolina.

 – North Carolina customers: Flower and prerolls, along with THC edibles and THCa vapes, are available.

 – South Carolina customers: Only THC edibles and THCa vapes can be shipped. Flower and prerolls are not available for shipment to South Carolina.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Careless Condition is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the possession of USPS. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
