Welcome to Careless Condition. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
– You must be 21 years or older to access this site and purchase our products.
– By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 21 years old or the legal age of majority in your state.
– It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable state and local laws regarding the purchase and use of cannabis and hemp-derived products.
2. Orders & Payments
– All orders are subject to availability and verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including those suspected of fraud or non-compliance with applicable laws.
– Payment is processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your credit card details are encrypted and never stored beyond the transaction.
3. Shipping & Delivery
– Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days via USPS 2-Day Shipping.
– Shipping is free on all orders.
– We currently ship only to North Carolina and South Carolina.
– North Carolina customers: Flower, prerolls, THC edibles, and THCa vapes are available.
– South Carolina customers: Only THC edibles and THCa vapes are available.
– Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
– Careless Condition is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are with USPS. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
– All sales are final.
– Exchanges are only permitted if the product is defective or damaged, returned in its original packaging, and requested within 30 days of purchase.
– To request an exchange, please email rachel@carelesscondition.com with your receipt, photos of the damaged product, and a brief explanation.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our full Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms. By using our site, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in that policy.
6. Product Use & Disclaimers
– Products sold by Careless Condition are intended for personal use only and may not be resold.
– Hemp-derived products have varying effects based on dosage, physiology, and tolerance. Effects may include, but are not limited to, drowsiness, dizziness, impaired coordination, dry mouth, and altered perception. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after consumption.
– Consult a physician before using our products, especially if you are on medication, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have underlying medical conditions.
– Keep all products out of the reach of children and pets.
– These products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
– Use our products for unlawful purposes.
– Resell, redistribute, or export our products in violation of applicable laws.
– Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of our website.
8. Limitation of Liability
Careless Condition is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Your use of our products is at your own risk.
